KCMO Consent Decree finalized

The press release for Kansas City Water Services' consent decree with the USEPA can be viewed here. You can also download the consent decree and the overflow control plan. EPA Region 7's press release can be viewed here. "The settlement is subject to a 30-day public comment period and approval by the federal court. A copy of the consent decree is available on the Justice Department Web site and on the EPA Region 7 Web site."
