Kansas City Overflow Control Program (OCP) - February 2, 2009
Deb O'Bannon spoke with Terry Leeds, P.E., manager of the Kansas City, MO Water Services Department's Overflow Control Program. We spoke about the history of sewers in Kansas City and the recent focus on correcting the combined sewer infrastructure. The map shows all the US municipalities which have combined sewers (772 cities and towns.)
