Highways and sewers

Jay Wunderlich from MODOT joined the show to talk about the need for the reauthorization of SAFETEA-LU in the first half of the show. The second half of the show is a discussion with Rob Pennington, P.E. from CDM in Edison, NJ. Rob told us about how brick sewers were rehabilitated.
